My husband was diagnosed with cancer 5 years ago, he has been cancer free so far, so we applied for adoption last year, then right as we were about to get the final paperwork in, April, I was diagnosed with cancer. Life certainly sometimes involves making other plans, as we are finding out. And we have to adjust sometimes and realize the bigger perspective and get through it. Keep strong and thanks for your inspiring words.
