Over the Years

I thought I should upload this for those who weren't able to attend Krista's services. This is her memorial video that was shown during her viewing.

Thank you for posting this. Even though I have never met Krista in person, I feel as if she is a part of my life. I will miss her a lot. I loved seeing the baby pictures of Krista and the pictures of your children as babies too. I cried when I was watching this, for you and your children and remembering my father who passed away from lung cancer at46. That is a beautiful picture of Krista in the very last frame. I am so sorry for your loss. Praying for your family during this difficult time.

I feel as I've just been punched in the stomach. I am so very sorry for the loss of Krista. Such an inspiring woman. I have followed her story from Ohio for years now. She certainly did love the Lord and her family. My deepest sympathies.

Jared, I am so sorry for your loss. I followed Krista's blog after my husband was diagnosed with GMB in Feb.07. She gave us such hope. Greg left for heaven in July 09. I just knew that Krista was the one who had beaten the odds of GBM. I know the lonely walk you must take now. Krista is close by. I will pray for you and your precious children.

How touching! Brought tears to my eyes how it shows her life and how her soul always sought to uplift others. Jared, thanks for posting more. I know I will want to know how your family copes and you too can be an inspiration. As you know, those families left after a death need to know it continues and your posts somehow mean she is continuing through you!

Hi, Jared -

This story is very touching to me. I wonder if you mind sharing what the name of the choral piece in this video?

Thank you and God bless you.

Kathy,

The song used for the video is "Jesu, the Very Thought Is Sweet" performed by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir on their "Consider the Lilies" CD. You can purchase it here: http://deseretbook.com/Consider-Lilies-Mormon-Tabernacle-Choir/i/4537795

I highly recommend the CD. There are many wonderful songs on it and the recording and arrangements are beautiful.
